Health coaching is a unique and exciting innovation to support a person’s health and wellness.  A health coach guides the client to make healthier food and lifestyle choices, that best support their progress. By making gradual, lifelong changes, enables the client reach their current and future health goals with ease.

I take a holistic approach to health and wellness, and look at all areas of the client’s life that may contribute to their health issues. Such as, does stress from their work or relationships cause them to make unhealthy choices? Are they getting enough sleep, regular movement and exercising? Are they spiritually nourished and feeding their soul, and feeding their body with nutrient dense foods.

By working together, I look at all areas of the client’s life, and make changes as needed.  Together, we’ll work to achieve your goals. Working with me, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that best support your well-being. And implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

My approach to restoring balance is through, “Primary food: Career, Relationships, Spirituality and Physical activity," and “Secondary foods: wholesome, nutrient-dense-foods” to consume. When primary food is congruent with secondary foods, our life is imbued with greater stability and balance, which leads to a healthier and happier person.
